We developed a multi-channel media strategy to help the Atlanta Police Department attract qualified applicants in a competitive market. The campaign included digital ads, social media, audio/video streaming, and targeted event promotions across multiple cities.
Results
55% increase in pre-screening applications. 4.9M digital ad impressions (1.05% CTR, 10x the industry benchmark). 3% CTR for paid search ads (vs. 2.4% benchmark). 90% increase in website traffic with 33K+ users in one month. This campaign successfully broadened APD’s applicant pool and increased engagement.
